Nice to meet you
I help women and men heal during their most difficult and darkest times. I primarily use a person-centered, cognitive-behavioral approach to assist clients in recognizing unhelpful thought and behavior patterns and developing new ways to relate to themselves, others, and the world. I deeply believe in the holistic restoration of mind, body, and spirit, and I can integrate Christian faith into therapy if desired. I also incorporate somatic practices to improve connection to the body and release stored tension and emotions. I enjoy witnessing my clients grow through challenges and achieve their goals.
