Interests
Outside the therapy room, I thrive on connection, movement, and meaningful experiences. I’m a big fan of sports, especially baseball, basketball, and football, and I'm passionate about the intersection of athletics and mental health. Supporting men in exploring emotional wellness and breaking through societal barriers is something I care about deeply. When I’m not working, you can find me spending quality time with my wife and loved ones. I love to travel, especially to all-inclusive resorts, and I enjoy staying active, whether through exercise or diving into a good book. These parts of my life fuel my work and help me stay grounded, curious, and connected to the people I support.
