I offer a collaborative and supportive therapy space where adults can slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s been weighing on them without judgment. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. My style is warm, grounded, and gently direct when helpful. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of self-criticism or unsure how to balance their own needs with external expectations. Together, we build insight, emotional regulation, and practical tools to support meaningful, sustainable change.
