Nice to meet you

I offer a collaborative and supportive therapy space where adults can slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s been weighing on them without judgment. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. My style is warm, grounded, and gently direct when helpful. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of self-criticism or unsure how to balance their own needs with external expectations. Together, we build insight, emotional regulation, and practical tools to support meaningful, sustainable change.

Interests

I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and finding moments of creativity and reflection outside of work. I’m a mom in a biracial marriage and value intentionally educating my children about their Salvadoran heritage. I appreciate routines that support balance and well-being, including movement, reading, time outdoors, and creative outlets that promote mindfulness, connection, and slowing down.
