High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

I believe there can be a disconnect between what makes sense logically and what feels true emotionally. In therapy, we explore this space with curiosity and compassion to deepen self-understanding. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ACT, helping clients develop coping skills and change their relationship with unhelpful thoughts. I also take a mind–body-informed approach and welcome spirituality as a supportive resource when meaningful to the client. Therapy is a space to normalize the human experience and build psychological flexibility.

Interests

Outside of being a therapist, I love spending time in nature—hiking, being at the beach, or just being outdoors. I try to slow things down and live a softer, more intentional life, and enjoy simple ways of unwinding like driving winding roads. I also love baking sourdough and making things from scratch.
