Nice to meet you
My work is grounded in deep respect for autonomy, and I believe strongly in every person’s capacity to grow, heal, and change. I work with individuals navigating trauma, emotional distress, and relational concerns. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based and insight-oriented modalities to meet the unique needs of each person and situation. Grounded in attachment theory, I pay close attention to relational patterns and early experiences that shape how we connect with ourselves and others. I incorporate EMDR to process trauma and reduce distress, DBT to build emotional regulation and mindfulness skills, and IFS to help connect with and heal internal parts of the self.
