Nice to meet you
As a first-generation Latina and mom of two boys, I understand the challenges of balancing family, cultural expectations, identity, and personal growth. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, and life transitions. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Gestalt Therapy approaches, I help clients increase self-awareness, build coping skills, identify unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change at a comfortable pace.
