Nice to meet you
My approach centers on liberation, cultural awareness, and respect for every client’s lived experience. I create a space where Black women, queer and trans clients, immigrants, and anyone carrying the weight of oppression can feel grounded and heard. Using an anti-racist, anti-oppressive lens, I honor identity, challenge harmful narratives, and support emotional clarity. My style is warm and direct, moving at a pace that fosters comfort while helping clients strengthen self-worth, heal, and grow with intention.

Interests
Outside of my clinical work, I stay deeply connected to community and creativity. I am a part of a book club that brings people together through storytelling and shared reflection. Traveling the world continues to shape my perspective and fuels my love for culture, food, and connection. I enjoy cooking and hosting gatherings that create joy, conversation, and belonging. I also design events that center community building, intention, and celebration, because creating spaces for people to feel seen and supported is meaningful to me.
