Nice to meet you
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, workplace burnout, and interpersonal challenges. I use an eclectic approach that integrates DBT, CBT, and strengths-based techniques to help clients better understand themselves and build effective coping skills. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can be honest with themselves, explore their emotions openly, and build the capacity to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family, friends, my dog, and my two cats. I value staying active through exercise, getting lost in a good book, and recharging by spending time at the beach during the summer. These moments help me stay grounded, balanced, and connected, which are values I also bring into my work with clients.
