Nice to meet you
I work with college students, women navigating menopause, and individuals addressing codependency, trauma, or substance use. My approach is mindful, direct, warm, and often infused with humor. I believe therapy should feel like a comfortable, collaborative conversation—one where you feel respected, supported, and safe to be fully yourself. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what’s really going on and feel truly heard as we work together toward meaningful change.

Interests
Outside of work, I love building Legos with my husband—it’s one of our favorite ways to relax and be creative together. I’m currently learning to play the drums and have taken long sword classes, both of which have been fun (and humbling!) challenges. I also enjoy spending time with friends and getting lost in a good fantasy or science fiction novel.
