Nice to meet you
People seek counseling for different reasons, often because something in their life feels off or unmanageable. I work with individuals and families, recognizing that each operates within its own unique culture and system. My goal is to maximize strengths, provide insight into behavior patterns, and foster new skills while honoring each person’s or system’s uniqueness. I use a blend of approaches, including a Cognitive Behavioral lens to explore thinking patterns, along with IFS and body-centered skills to support growth and healing.
