I am a licensed psychotherapist with many years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, specializing in those experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that is individualized to each client and their specific needs, strengths, and goals. I utilize an eclectic approach that incorporates different evidence-based therapeutic frameworks. I am passionate about partnering with my clients to help them achieve their personal goals and reach their fullest potential. Additionally, I am perinatally trained through PSI and passionate about supporting parents at any stage of their parenting journey.
