I focus on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what has been weighing on you at your own pace.
In our work together, I balance reflection with practical skill building. We explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing tools to manage stress and challenges, guided by what feels most helpful for you.
