Nice to meet you
I’m a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who also integrates other approaches to help clients achieve their goals. My therapy style is directive and focused on identifying the root of emotional challenges rather than only addressing feelings. I believe that when the underlying problem is resolved or healed, many symptoms naturally fade. I provide homework to keep clients engaged in the work needed for growth and change. I genuinely care for my clients and aim to help them build strength, confidence, and a sense of control in their lives.
