I utilize a strengths-based approach that primarily incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a combination of Mindfulness and Solution Focused. We will work collaboratively in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment in order for you to explore and learn effective strategies you can use now and for the rest of your life.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

Every morning I take a few minutes to get grounded and be intentional with my day by reviewing what I am grateful for and reviewing my calendar for the day.

How do you recharge?

I view self-care as a lifestyle therefore I am intentional in planning out activities or strategies throughout my day or week that recharge me physically, mentally, and spiritually.
