High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
I approach the therapy space with my clients as a partnership, building on our strengths and creating trust to navigate the areas causing you the most stress. I adapt my style based on each client’s needs, balancing directness and softness depending on what works best for you.
I use a trauma-based lens to help us understand how past experiences can impact current behaviors, whether or not you identify with the word “trauma.” Therapy can be tough work, so I also bring levity and humor into sessions in the hope that you feel you are making progress toward your goals while also having an enjoyable experience.
