Nice to meet you

My passion is working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, and substance use. Maybe you're feeling uncertain about the direction of your life, or you've noticed yourself caught in the same patterns of thinking and behaving no matter how hard you try to change them. These patterns often show up in how we relate to ourselves, to substances, and especially to the people around us. My approach is holistic and client-centered, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I work from the genuine belief that you are worthy and capable of breaking these patterns and building healthier relationships, with yourself and others, and creating a life that feels authentic to you. Together, we'll focus on the inner work that makes lasting change possible: developing insight, recognizing the thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you, and moving through them to build a life worth living.
