Meet Stephanie
If you’re navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward. With more than 10 years of experience, I work with adults, older adults, parents, and LGBTQIA+ clients from a range of backgrounds. I specialize in depression, anxiety, loss and grief, attachment, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and mindfulness. My approach is warm, empathic, and collaborative, offering acceptance, validation, patience, and a sense of humor while gently encouraging incremental progress. I focus on the whole person—physical, mental, social, and spiritual—and tailor therapy to each client’s needs and goals. Drawing from humanistic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I help clients understand themselves, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, tolerate distress, communicate more effectively, and build mindfulness in daily life. I may also incorporate expressive arts, journaling, nature, and other mindfulness-based practices. My training includes art therapy, narrative therapy, spirituality, anger management, trauma-informed care, and support group facilitation. Together, we’ll create a supportive path toward greater self-understanding and quality of life.
I genuinely care for my clients and show them empathy, acceptance and validation with a sense of humor.
