Meet Karen
I am passionate about helping adults of all ages and backgrounds overcome emotional barriers, heal from past experiences, and build healthier relationships. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, overthinking, burnout, and life transitions. Clients describe me as kind, compassionate, welcoming, intuitive, and skillful. My approach is warm and calm. I listen, reflect on what I’m seeing, and help you process emotions, feel grounded, gain new insights, and work toward healing.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy trying new restaurants, exploring different foods, and creating meaningful experiences with my family and children. I love finding ways to encourage curiosity, engage the senses, explore nature, and discover simple joys in the community and the world we live in. I’m also passionate about vintage cars and enjoy attending car meets and going on cruises. I love being creative through art, decorating, and exploring new ways to express myself. Staying connected to my body through yoga and working out to stay healthy is important to me, as it helps me maintain balance in life. I appreciate the simple things, like the smell of fresh air, a good cup of coffee, and being present in the moment.
