Meet Alejandra

Therapy is the most effective through collaboration. In treatment, I strive to build a therapeutic alliance filled with trust and empathy, which ultimately paves the path to healing, growth, and insight. Through my years of experience working with individuals, and children, I have been trained in many therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Solution-focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I now use these different modalities based on each person’s personal needs and goals. The main question is always, what do you want to get out of therapy? I believe that every session should have gems (a piece of valuable insight or intervention) for you to take home and apply to everyday life and that at the end of treatment you will have a box full of them ready to be used in everyday life.

I strive to build a therapeutic alliance filled with trust and empathy, which ultimately paves the path to healing, growth, and insight.
