Nice to meet you
Whether you are a caregiver focused on the care of others, a high-achieving executive leader trying to manage the day-to-day without everything unraveling, or you are navigating a new medical diagnosis, including pregnancy or cancer, and aren't certain what comes next, I am here to help. I support people who feel like the world will fall apart if they let up the pressure they are holding, even for a moment—the "I'll just do it myself, I don't want to be a burden, I can't let anyone down" kind of people. You deserve this time, space, and support. I promise, the world will stay whole. I will hold it with you.

Interests
Outside of my role as a therapist, I love supporting growing mental health providers. I have worked in both small start-up environments and large, fast-paced organizations, and the one thing that has remained consistent is my passion for supporting those around me and helping set them up for success. My brain is built for creating systems, and my heart makes sure those systems work for real human beings, not just numbers. I believe we should all continue learning as much as we can, so I spend a lot of time exploring and learning.
When I'm not working or pursuing a passion project, I'm with my family. I have two littles (who aren't so little anymore) and a supportive husband who has been by my side for almost 20 years. We live in Nashville and love being silly, having dance parties, reading stories, and snuggling up for family movie nights. I also watch a lot of TV—from reality competition shows and psychological thrillers to cheesy dating shows and primetime dramas. I'm always a fan and happy to take new recommendations!
