Meet Michelle

I believe healing begins with a genuine connection built on trust, compassion, and respect. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Each person already carries the capacity for healing and change within themselves. Together, we will uncover the patterns, strengths, and insights that can help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I will work alongside you to identify your goals and create a practical, personalized plan to help you build the life you want. With over 20 years of experience providing therapy services, I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients better understand and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. CBT is a practical, goal-oriented approach that can help create meaningful change and relief more quickly. I also help clients work through unresolved trauma, reduce anxiety, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating. In addition, I incorporate Carl Jung’s Shadow Work to support deeper self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth. This process can help you embrace all parts of yourself and move toward a more authentic and balanced life.

Together we will identify your goals; and create a plan to support you through your journey and help you create your best life.
