I specialize in grief and bereavement, and support those coping with life-changing or terminal diagnoses. With more than 11 years of experience as a licensed clinician and with an approach that draws on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based therapy, sessions feel practical and grounded in your strengths. I provide telehealth in California and Colorado.
