High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

I have been working in community mental health and private practice since 2015. Clients who have found working with me helpful include domestic violence and sexual trauma survivors, those suffering from depression and anxiety symptoms, and those dealing with stress in romantic and family relationships. I primarily work with women as well as AFAB/NB persons. I am certified as a Sexual Trauma Informed Therapist and am pursuing a full sex therapist certification. My therapy style has been influenced by my experience and training in dialectical, emotion-focused, and acceptance-based models. I believe that for change and healing to occur, we have to get comfortable in the uncomfortable by accessing our true feelings and emotions. In our sessions, my job is to create safety for us to "go there". Together, we can confront what is bringing you to therapy and create a plan for you to reach your mental health goals. I'll be with you at every step!
