Meet Elizabeth

Are you exhausted from carrying the weight of life's anxiety, sadness, painful memories, people-pleasing, addiction, or feeling like you've lost yourself? If you're ready for things to feel different, I'd be honored to help. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Clients often describe me as authentic, collaborative, and refreshingly honest. I'll support you with compassion, but I'll also gently challenge you when it helps you grow. With more than 20 years of experience, I've worked with adults facing trauma, depression, relationship wounds, grief, addiction, codependency, anxiety, and the lasting effects of difficult childhood experiences. My background includes substance use treatment, domestic violence services, crisis care, and working with survivors of trauma, giving me a deep understanding of how life's experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. I draw from several therapies with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-focused, and Inner Child work to help you better understand yourself, heal old wounds, and create healthier patterns that support the life you want to build.

My ultimate goal is to help my clients begin a holistic journey of emotional, mental, and spiritual soundness.
