High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
Life changes, fear, anxiety, depression and trauma can make it hard to experience joy and satisfaction. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I work with clients to reconnect with themselves, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. I also support both men and women as they adjust to parenthood, recognizing that childbirth can be a challenging and transformative time for parents.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, we’ll explore what may be holding you back and develop practical tools to help you move forward.
Together, we’ll work to shift unhelpful thought patterns, build self-compassion, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and presence. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
Reaching out takes courage. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to support you.
