We are happy to be able to serve our communities by providing evidence based virtual therapy with expert providers, yielding meaningful results.
We’re proud to continue offering our care during these challenging, stressful, and uncertain times. We understand the importance of emotional well-being now more than ever. Our exceptional providers can help you navigate new feelings, stretched roles, close relationships, and everything in between. Meet with one of our therapists or coaches virtually from your home.
Many research studies show no difference in outcomes or client satisfaction between in-person and online therapy. Our providers are equipped with the technology and skills to provide high quality care in a way that is convenient, flexible, and effective for you.
Check out our Virtual Care FAQ page for more information.
Many insurance plans are offering coverage for telehealth, including virtual therapy sessions. To verify your coverage, reach out to your insurance provider to learn more about your individual coverage. If you are in California and an Anthem or Health Net member, telemedicine is covered similar to in-person care.
If you have questions or need additional support, feel free to reach out to us at support@findoctave.com and we can support you in verifying your benefits.
We’ll start with a structured assessment, then find you the right therapist and create a custom care plan to support your needs.
Our experienced therapists are extraordinary clinicians, but more importantly, they deeply care about you.
Using measurement, our therapists track and monitor your care to ensure you experience meaningful change.
