Your story, in your own voice

We recognize that AI can be a helpful guide as you prepare, but it should never replace your own voice or perspective. We value honesty, creativity, and authenticity. We care about how you think, not whether you’ve mastered a tool. The most compelling applications are always those that reflect authenticity. We approach hiring knowing there are people behind every data point, so, when in doubt whether to use AI, let your materials and conversations speak for themselves.

Octave is committed to building a curated clinical network that is focused on expanding access to effective, in-network care. We do this by:

  • Working with insurance providers so our clinicians don't have to.
  • Not charging fees to be an Octave provider or to see our clients.
  • Providing clinician compensation for client no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice.
  • Offering flexible schedules, with your choice between 3 and 15 weekly sessions.
  • Not having meeting or time requirements outside of completing client sessions and notes.
