My approach to therapy is collaborative and driven by your unique goals for personal growth and well-being. I often use CBT approaches that help to increase emotional understanding, identify types of thinking and behaviors that may no longer be working for you, and develop and strengthen coping skills. My goal as a psychologist is for you to feel a greater sense of freedom in your life to make choices and to live in a way that is consistent with your values.
