My services are provided from a Strengths-Based, Cognitive-Behavioral, Family Systems, Humanistic perspective. I focus on empowering clients through an open professional approach, empathy, and compassionate understanding. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. This includes treatment for substance use disorders using a harm-reduction model, mental health disorders, dual-diagnosis, severe mental illness, Native American populations, and court-dependent youth. My passion is for people, and believe we all have an intrinsic desire to move toward health and happiness.

What are your interests outside of work?

We are a USA Swim Team family; both my sons are competitive swimmers and our weekends are often filled with the joy of watching my sons develop as athletes. I have a passion for all water sports and enjoy spending time in beautiful natural environments.

What book have you read more than once and why?

The Power of Habit, because it connects science with creating outcomes for positive change.
