What are your interests outside of work?

I always make sure to make room in my life for fun things! I love spending time with my family, hiking, traveling, going to amusement parks, eating at new restaurants, painting, watching reality tv shows, singing, and practicing my faith.

What book have you read more than once?

The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk - I love reading this book because it always puts into perspective how connected our body is with our emotional spirit and brain. I also love learning about the brain and how our experiences impact brain functioning. I normally recommend this book to anyone whose experienced trauma.
