I have worked with children and adults for my entire 27-year long career. I have extensive experience with clients of different age groups, ethnicities, trauma histories, and life transitions. Feelings of loss, depression or anxiety, and adjustment can be difficult to manage in today's world. The world is changing every day - everyone needs assistance now and again. My goal in therapy with you is to create a safe compassionate experience where you can share your feelings and emotions.
My therapy style or approach is grounded in strengths-based, collaborative care. My style is friendly and caring. I enjoy using humor while still treating clients with respect and sensitivity.

I am a proud mom of three kids. They keep me busy. I am also an avid gardener - weekend gardening warrior. I have some spoiled animals, and I like taking long walks by the American River.
I volunteer at Capital Crew, a parent board designed to help support kids who row through Sacramento State Aquatic Center. I also enjoy working on neighborhood projects.
I recharge by travelling. We have a small cabin in the woods where I go to recharge. I love traveling to Mexico and generally any place sunny.
