What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy hiking, cooking, teaching/practicing martial arts, and playing video games.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I enjoy exercising and going to the sauna to support my emotional well-being.

What book have you read more than once and why?

The Taggerung (a book in the Redwall series) and many of the Harry Potter books. As a child, I was an avid reader and really enjoyed these series.

Favorite organization/non-profit and why?

ACLU for their civil rights and advocacy work.

How do you recharge?

It's important for me to stay hydrated, eat healthily, run, connect with loved ones and rest.

Do you have any pets?

I have a Dachshund/Labrador mix that evokes happy and joyful feelings when I imagine her smile.
