Therapy Style

When working with clients, I have a warm, collaborative approach that is rooted in an honest, non-judgmental stance. I approach treatment using a Cognitive Behavioral framework while also integrating interventions based on Internal Family Systems and Narrative therapy.

With compassion and curiosity, we will explore your story and the core beliefs that shape your experiences. We will create space to transform beliefs that no longer serve you, and discover new ways of approaching challenges in your life. I understand that it takes courage to begin this process and I truly believe therapy can offer a unique opportunity for healing and growth.
