Nice to meet you
I work with adults who are ready to explore their inner world in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. If you're feeling overwhelmed by caregiving or longing to reconnect with your creativity and sense of purpose, you do not have to navigate those feelings alone.
My approach blends mindfulness, self-compassion, and creative expression to help you feel more grounded, inspired, and connected to yourself. In our first few sessions, we’ll create art side by side to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences through color, texture, and image—no art experience needed, just a willingness to be open and curious.

Interests
I tend to have multiple art-making projects going at once as part of my own art practice. I enjoy crocheting, cross-stitch, and weaving. When the weather permits, I like to garden in the summer. I also spend my free time with my husband and our four cats.
