Nice to meet you

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in Jungian psychology and mindfulness-based therapies, with certifications in Life Coaching as well. I work with diverse clients across life stages, including emerging adulthood, parenthood, midlife, neurodivergence, and sexual and gender identity. I believe many challenges stem from preconditioned patterns, and I help bring these into awareness to support transformation. My approach integrates psychodynamic, humanistic, holistic, and social justice frameworks, along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness- Based Stress Reduction. Together, we create a collaborative space to explore “energy blocks” and support meaningful change.

Interests

Outside of work, I’m drawn to anything that sparks reflection, connection, and creativity. I love getting into meaningful, thought-provoking conversations, spending time in meditation, and diving into philosophy and spiritual writing. I also really enjoy curating intimate community spaces like supper clubs or discussion circles, where people can slow down and connect more deeply. You’ll also find me out in nature, exploring new food spots, wandering through museums and art exhibits, or catching a great film. I’m always seeking experiences that expand perspective, inspire curiosity, and bring a little more depth (and fun) into everyday life.
