Meet Mary

I genuinely enjoy working with diverse groups of people and age ranges. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals of all ages. I believe in a safe, trusting, and respectful nature of the therapeutic relationship that allows for deep work which can help you live a rich and fulfilling life. Together, we will learn to think about our problems in more manageable ways and develop skills to deal with those issues that are individualized to you. I bring my true self to each session, and provide a safe space to explore even the most difficult experiences you may have. In our work together, we will explore underlying thoughts, patterns of behavior and life events that may be shaping your present functioning. You are the expert on your own life and your feelings are real and valid. In individual psychotherapy treatment, my goal is to help you uncover underlying assumptions about self and other which have been distorted by life experiences and modify them and to identify cycles that disrupt positive change. I truly believe that the more we understand ourselves, the more we are able to truly grow and live a rich, fulfilling, and meaningful life.

I bring my true self to each session, and provide a safe space to explore even the most difficult experiences you may have.
