Nice to meet you
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not used to talking about what’s going on. I work especially well with men, including men of color and men who are new to therapy, who want a space that feels relaxed, real, and free of judgment. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based tools, and a practical, collaborative approach, I help clients better understand what’s driving stress, anxiety, anger, or life challenges and build skills that feel useful in everyday life.
