Nice to meet you
Life's challenges can feel overwhelming, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties. With more than 30 years of experience, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand what's contributing to your struggles and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, helping you build on your natural resilience while developing practical tools for healing and growth. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and am Level 3 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients process past experiences, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Whether your goal is reducing stress, healing from trauma, improving relationships, or finding more balance in your life, I'm committed to helping you take the next step toward lasting well-being.

I like to travel, I enjoy hiking and walking on the beach. I love the time spent with my four adult children, as well as my husband of 32 years.
