Interests
Outside of my work as a mental health therapist, I have a strong interest in holistic wellness and alternative healing modalities. As a former massage therapist, I developed a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and the importance of treating individuals from a whole-person perspective. Outside of work, I enjoy hobbies such as crocheting, reading, painting, and traveling, which allow me to practice creativity, mindfulness, and self-care in my daily life. These personal interests further support my belief in the importance of balance, emotional wellness, and engaging in activities that nurture both mental and physical well-being.
