Nice to meet you
Hello and welcome. I am of the Christian faith, and my practice is rooted in Christian principles. I have worked in the field of social work at the Bachelor's level for 25 years, including case management for at-risk youth, CPS investigations and medical social work. I incorporate CBT techniques in my practice and assist clients with working to reframe the negative thought patterns they have about themselves to be more focused on positive thinking patterns. We will work together to recognize triggers/barriers to successful living and then learn to effectively reframe these in order to become a healthier version of yourself.
