Before entering clinical practice, I worked with underserved communities, providing advocacy, support, and skills to promote wellbeing and access to care. I help adults navigate anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, burnout, grief, life transitions, and longstanding emotional patterns that can leave people feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
