Nice to meet you

I am passionate about helping people of all cultures and backgrounds overcome obstacles and achieve fulfilling lives. I provide therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and specialize in supporting couples on the brink with an active, relational approach. I bring curiosity, humor, and love into the therapy space, guiding clients through serious work that can also be fascinating and fun. My training in structural family therapy and neurobiology of trauma helps clients move beyond harmful patterns toward their goals.
