High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

I work with women who are highly creative, intuitive, and capable who struggle to advocate for themselves and what they really want out of life. Women who've tried all the things: the books, the podcasts, the self-awareness. They know something deeper is going on, something that effort alone can't reach. My work is rooted in the belief that lasting change happens at the level of the nervous system and the body — not just by talking about what's wrong, but by working with what the body is still holding. This is about creating real internal space so you can finally find freedom from what's been keeping you stuck. I specialize in working with chronic stress, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD and the patterns that come with them: guilt, shame, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, rejection sensitivity, and the exhaustion of trying to think your way out of things. I use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy & nervous system-focused techniques to help women stop looping and feel more space within.
