Nice to meet you
As a first-generation Filipina-Chinese American, I understand how culture can shape how we experience life's challenges and major transitions, including how we make sense of what we're going through and how comfortable we feel getting support. My role is to help you slow down your thoughts, recognize unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies to build self-confidence and find peace. I primarily work with adults experiencing the following: chronic or terminal illness, grief and loss, aging, major life transitions, anxiety, cultural stress, self-esteem concerns, and questions around identity, meaning, and spirituality.
