High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

I am a first-generation Filipina-Chinese American. I bring an awareness of how cultural background can shape the way we experience stress, relationships, and major life transitions, as well as how we approach help-seeking. My role is to help you slow down your thoughts, recognize unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies that bring calm and confidence. I primarily work with adults navigating relationship and family concerns, chronic or terminal illness, grief and loss, and major life transitions such as becoming a first-time parent, changes in living situations, or adjusting to a new stage of life.
