Nice to meet you
My work as a psychotherapist focuses on helping clients identify and transform maladaptive patterns, heal relational wounds, and cultivate greater self-trust and resilience. I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and AuDHD, who may experience overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, or exhaustion from navigating environments that do not align with their needs. I also work closely with parents and caregivers of neurodivergent individuals, supporting burnout recovery, emotional well-being, and sustainable coping. Together, we build practical strategies that enhance daily functioning and quality of life.
