Nice to meet you
Therapy is genuinely a love of mine! I am a compassionate and supportive bilingual mental health and addictions therapist. As a holistic therapist, my approach is client-centered and empathically driven, with an emphasis on change and growth through a mind-body-spirit approach that promotes a balanced, integrative healing experience. Holding space in the darkness is a privilege. I truly believe people can change and grow to their fullest potential when given a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe space to explore what is creating limiting beliefs in their lives.
