Meet Kathryn
I help individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from past experiences, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I use a strengths-based, person-centered style to ensure clients feel seen and empowered. I integrate evidence-based modalities and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to grow and explore. Whether you're building resilience, navigating change, or cultivating self-awareness, I’m here to support you with empathy, insight, and encouragement.

Interests
Outside of work, I’m a very active and creative person. Physical movement is a big part of my own mental health practice—I strength train at the gym five days a week and spend time walking, biking, or hiking whenever I can. I also love to travel; my partner and I try to explore different parts of Europe each year, discovering new cities and cultures together. At home, I enjoy cooking, baking, and supporting local businesses, especially coffee shops, boutiques, and live music venues. I’m passionate about volunteering for causes close to my heart and love tapping into my creative side through photography, jewelry-making, and card design. Staying engaged with my community and pursuing activities that fuel both my body and mind is really important to me.
