Nice to meet you
In therapy, I use cognitive, solution-focused, and collaborative approaches to build a strong rapport and create a safe, supportive space tailored to each client’s needs and goals. You can expect a judgment-free environment where you can be your authentic self. I’m easy to talk to and strive to foster healing and growth. I believe you are the best source of knowledge about yourself, and together we’ll create goals that are realistic, attainable, and supportive of lasting change.

Interests
I really enjoy spending time with the kiddos in my life (bonus boys, niece, and nephew) and exploring new places together. I love quilting and hand embroidery while listening to some of my favorite musical artists or an audiobook. I also enjoy going to the theater, attending conventions with my husband (comic books, video games, quilting, etc.), and discovering new local farmers markets to explore.
