Nice to meet you

I'm passionate about working with individuals who want to focus on self-care, vulnerability, and growth to live a more self-empowered and fulfilled life. In addition to my general practice, I have a deep specialization as a brain injury counselor. I help survivors and their families rebuild their lives after a life-altering event. Brain injuries don't just affect physical health—they reshape a person’s identity, emotions, relationships, and daily capabilities. Whether you are navigating this complex recovery process or facing other life transitions, I provide the specialized psychological support, emotional coping strategies, and practical cognitive tools needed to move forward.   My therapeutic approach is a collaborative combination of solution-focused, strength-based therapy using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI). I believe in meeting every client exactly where they are and treating them with dignity, respect, and compassion. Let’s reclaim your life.
