I have experience working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, life transitions, substance use, grief and loss, body image, pet loss, interpersonal relationship challenges, and difficulty coping. I have been providing mental health services for 12 years. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing what troubles them most. I strive to provide a compassionate and empathetic space where clients have the support they need to explore underlying concerns, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change. While working with clients, I encourage them to find balance by embracing the middle path and developing perspectives that help reduce emotional suffering. I believe each client is the expert on their own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based tools that empower them to achieve their goals and build a more fulfilling, meaningful life.
